Music in my life

Ok. I missed a few days of blogging but at least I brought myself and reminded myself to come back here to continue. My attitude's starting to change and I'm gonna pick up the pace, make things become better faster because I can and I can and I will. I'm not making much sense but I somehow have this concept in my head that I'm becoming something stronger, harder and more brutal. cooler especially.

ok. next thing on the list is to arrange my music practice timings. Music's a really important part of my life. My passion and possibly my career as teacher and performer. I would seriously love that. well... we'll see.

Piano
Monday: 6pm-7pm
Friday: 6pm-7pm

Guitar
Sunday: 5pm-6pm
Wednesday: 9pm-10pm

Okies. So that's basically it. Once i'm done with this entry I'll be shifting the exercise plan onto the template so I can see it everyday.

Reconstruct the body

First up... I'll start on my health routine + exercise routine. I can't do any pushups yet or any high impact stuff because my wrists are still kinda injured so I don't wanna aggravate it. So I guess i'll be doing free weights, running and crunches.

Exercise
+60 situps
+5 by 10 free weights
+40 squats
+8 by 60 seconds leg raises
+40 calf exercises

Health Routine
+Drink a lot of water
think i'm getting lots of pimples cos not enough of sleep not enough water
+Sleep at least 8 hours everyday
+Use antibiotics face cream every night
+Shave every 3 days

yarhx. so from there on i'll come up wif more stuff to add.

Plot the path, Set the pace

Alright. This is good progress. As long as I'm consistently blogging in here I'm reminding myself of my goals and reminding myself of the things I must do to achieve them. Anyways... this entry will be describing the routines that I will introduce into my life so as to start improving it. Then after this entry it's more defining and refining of these routines and the implementation. So far... so good. At least I bothered to come back to this blog to blog again instead of abandoning it so I guess that's an improvement for me.

Routines I need to introduce:

+Exercise Plan / Health Plan
+Time slots to practice piano/guitar
+Filing slots
+Revision slots

These are the most urgent ones I think so I'll be starting on these in the next entry. For now... I'll just leave it as things are and I'll be going to sleep soon.

Define the rules

This is a blog. This is a blog for me to keep track of how I intend to remake myself. Basically, I woke up feeling that my life is really directionless and although I have other blogs I decided I need one private one where I can keep track of ideas of things I want to do with my life and how I want to remake myself. Not only that, I'm going to keep track of my progress on a regular basis so that I can make sure I'm actually achieving something instead of having just pipe dreams where I never achieve anything but just keep craving it because that's just really pathetic and pathetic is not something that I'm aiming for myself. Changing things about my life isn't an easy thing to do so I've got to identify specific things and specific goals for myself to achieve one by one and cancel them off. I think that's the best thing I can do and that it will achieve the most. I'm kind of regretting using blogger here since I can't create special posts where I can set lists but I guess I'll integrate it into my blog by putting them into my template somewhere.

So I'll start by being general in this first post and then I'll start zooming in on more specific things in subsequent posts. Basically, long term goals that I want are:

+A good body
+Become professional standard in guitaring
+Be a grade A student
+Make sure I get onto the squash team and not as a reserve
+Learn how to SING
+Learn to DRAW
+Learn how to modify a guitar
+Learn to build a pedal
+Learn my brother's violin accompanying scores
+Get a job...dunno wad yet
+Redo my room

Life is a game.
I gotta define the rules.
